Refund Policy

Effective May 11, 2026

Golden Sun is a digital subscription service.

• Free trial. Cancel any time before your trial ends and you will not be charged.
• Monthly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time from Profile → Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.
• Duplicate or accidental charges. We will refund duplicate charges or charges made after a cancellation that we failed to honor — contact support@lightpowr.com within 30 days.
• Statutory rights. EU/UK consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except where digital content has been delivered with consent to waive that right. Contact us to exercise this right.

For all refund requests, email support@lightpowr.com with your account email and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
